The Law Offices of Caroline Achey Edwards (the Firm) accepts payments of invoices and retainers by check, electronic funds transfer (commonly known as ACH or e-checks) and credit card. Payments by ACH and credit card are made using a link to a payment processing page. The Firm uses LawPay for payment processing. LawPay is endorsed as a payment processor for law firms by the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. All ACH and credit card payments must be made through LawPay.

Retainers are payments that are held in the Firm's trust account, to be applied to invoices for future work. All retainer payments are deposited to the Firm's IOLTA trust account. Your use of the link to make a retainer payment below, together with your completion of information and submission of payment on the LawPay payment page, are your agreement to submit the retainer to the Firm's IOLTA account, and are a specific authorization to charge the credit card or transfer funds electronically in the amount entered.
